I need a quick Chicken Recipe… I only have the spices listed below?

Hi, I need a chicken recipe… all I have is 3 chicken breasts and theses spices:

cinnamon,
granulated garlic,
crushed chili flakes
cracked black peppercorns,
Kosher salt,
French herb blend,
Italian herb blend,
Mexican spice blend,
BBQ spice blend,
Chinese 5 spice,
mustard powder,
mild curry powder,
Cajun spice blend,
lemon garlic blend
and ground ginger

I can run to the store to buy somethings, but I can’t spend more than 5-10 dollars because I am currently on a VERY strict budget.
I also have some eggs, heavy whipping cream, dry vermouth, peanut oil, brown sugar, milk, mayo, a1, artichokes. Sorry for the shoving my whole kitchen at you… but I’m really bad at being creative with my cooking… being on a budget is killing how I usually eat :/

  1. sprinkle with any of the spice blends mixed with a little olive oil and bake it in the oven

  2. Grab a bowl, toss in 1/8 cinnamon, 1/8 garlic, 1/8 chili flakes, 1/8 salt, 1/8 five spice, 1/8 curry powder, 1/8 ginger.
    10 dollars ? Go to the store and get one can of diced tomatoes, one onion, green pepper, small can of chicken stock and one orange. Should cost about 6.00
    Mix the spices up and evenly coat your chicken breasts. Take a frying pan, add some oil or butter, heat, then add your chicken breasts, let them cook 2-3 minutes then turn. repeat 3 times. Take them out of pan and place on a plate.
    Chop the onion, green pepper into cubes and fry in a pan with butter or oil (enough to cook not deep fry) add the canned tomatoes and stock. Grate the orange rind and toss it in the sauce. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar and cook on medium for 5 minutes , then add the chicken, cover, and put in oven for 30 minutes at 350F.

    Hope this helps

    Pasta with chicken sauteed in olive oil…add the hot olive oil and chicken mixture to the hot pasta along with 1/2 cup of the pasta cooking water and the lemon garlic blend.

    Grilled chicken, rubbed with the Mexican spices, and sliced over a salad. Top with some cheese and a taco salad dressing made with ranch and salsa.

    Poach the chicken, cut it up and make a deviled chicken salad with mayo, a little vinegar, mustard powder and a little cajun seasoning.

    I could go on, but those are all quick and easy.

    EDIT: I think my first and third ideas would both taste good on a bed of artichokes, especially if you don’t have pasta.

  4. You don’t need to go to the store… blend the granulated garlic with the chili flakes, and possibly (crushed) black peppercorns. Stir into some olive oil, then rub the chicken (even under the skin, if you leave the skin on your chicken).
    Bake at about 350* for about 35 minutes.

  5. * 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
    * 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    * 1/2 teaspoon salt
    * 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    * 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    * 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    * 4 boneless chicken breast halves

  6. Flaten the chicken breast a little with a meat tenderizer and let them soak in brine water for an hour. Salt, pepper, bbq spice and cook over a charcoals. Baste with bbq sauce if you have it (optional).

    Brine water – 1 quart cold water, 1/4 cup salt and 1/4 sugar (optional)
