After planting an herb garden how long do I have to wait…?
I’ve planted an indoor herb garden a few weeks ago, and now are about 6″ tall. How long do I have to wait for the plants to mature before I use them as ingredients in dishes? Thanks!

a couple weeks
You can start cutting them at any time you like after they’re fully established as long as you don’t cut the plant back more than about 1/6 of its size. The bigger they get, the more you can cut. Remember to feed them, because when you cut some off, that encourages the plant to put out more, and they’ll need nutrients to do that.
